Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial StrongMan Power Stairs
Begin by stepping up onto the first step with your right foot, driving through your heel and using your glutes and hamstrings to lift your body up.
Follow with your left foot onto the same step, ensuring your entire foot is on the step and your weight is distributed evenly.
Continue this process, alternating leading foot each time, until you reach the top of the stairs.
Once at the top, carefully descend the stairs, maintaining control and balance, then repeat the process for your desired number of sets.
