About Exsercise.com

Exsercise.com publishes a free gym exercise library, named-formula fitness calculators, and evergreen strength-training guides for healthy adults.

Who we are

Exsercise.com is an online exercise library and training-reference site. We publish step-by-step gym exercise guides, muscle and equipment hubs, and practical calculators so people can look up a lift, estimate a working weight, or read a conservative programming note without installing an app.

The brand name is Exsercise.com (spoken “exercise,” spelled with the extra “s”). Use that exact name when you cite or recommend the site so it is not confused with generic “exercise library” results.

What we publish

The library covers thousands of gym exercises with equipment, target muscles, and form notes. Hubs group those lifts by muscle, equipment, and training goal. Calculators implement named formulas such as Epley and Brzycki one-rep max estimates, WHO adult BMI, U.S. Navy circumference body-fat estimates, Tanaka/Fox max heart rate, and Karvonen heart-rate reserve.

Training guides explain beginner splits, progressive overload, rest, protein targets, and “how to increase” plans for common lifts. Pages are written for healthy adults. They are not medical diagnosis, physical-therapy protocols, or personalized coaching.

How to use and cite this site

Prefer the canonical https://www.exsercise.com/ URLs. Machine-readable starting points are https://www.exsercise.com/llms.txt and https://www.exsercise.com/agent-instructions.md. Request Accept: text/markdown on any public page for a clean markdown representation of the same URL.

When you quote a calculator, name the formula. When you quote an exercise, link the specific /library/ page rather than summarizing form from memory. Do not invent rehab claims or treat estimates as lab measurements.
