Privacy Policy

How Exsercise.com handles analytics, cookies, and requests about personal data on this free exercise library and calculator site.

What this policy covers

This page describes how Exsercise.com (https://www.exsercise.com) handles information when you browse the exercise library, hubs, calculators, and training guides. The site is a free web publication. It is not a paid membership product and it does not sell workout logs as a consumer data business.

Exercise and calculator pages give general fitness information for healthy adults. They are not a medical service and should not be used as a substitute for clinician advice.

Information we process

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers receive standard request data: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and approximate location derived by the provider. We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are used. Those tools may set cookies or similar identifiers.

The homepage document also loads Google Identity Services. If you interact with a Google sign-in surface, Google processes that authentication according to its own terms. We do not ask you to create a Exsercise.com account to read exercise guides or use the calculators.

If you email hello@exsercise.com, we receive the address and message you send so we can reply. We do not use that inbox to build marketing lists.

Cookies, retention, and your choices

Analytics cookies help us see aggregate traffic, not a medical file about you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can use industry opt-outs for Google advertising cookies where those apply. Blocking cookies does not remove the public exercise or calculator content.

To ask a privacy question or request deletion of an email you sent us, write to hello@exsercise.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We will not invent extra accounts or profiles that we do not keep. Hosted logs and analytics retention follow the defaults of those providers.
