StrongMan Hood Stones
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial StrongMan Hood Stones
Stand in front of the stone, bend at the hips and knees, and place your arms over the top of the stone, wrapping them around as far as they can go.
Lift the stone by straightening your legs and bringing your hips forward, keeping your back straight and your core tight.
Once the stone is at your chest level, adjust your grip so your arms are underneath the stone, then squat down slightly.
Push upwards through your legs and hips to extend your body and lift the stone over your head, then carefully lower it back down to the ground.
