Using your legs and core strength, lift the weight off the ground by standing up straight, making sure not to strain your back.
Once you've lifted the weight, start walking in a circle, keeping a steady pace and maintaining a firm grip on the bar.
Continue to walk in the circle for the desired amount of time or until fatigue, then carefully lower the weight back to the ground by bending your knees and keeping your back straight.
