  • Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall out to the sides, creating a diamond shape with your legs.
  • Have your partner gently press down on your knees, applying a gentle pressure to increase the stretch in your inner thighs.
  • Hold this position for about 30 seconds, breathing deeply and trying to relax your muscles.
  • Release the stretch by having your partner slowly remove the pressure from your knees and then draw your knees together to return to the starting position.
