Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall out to the sides, creating a diamond shape with your legs.
Have your partner gently press down on your knees, applying a gentle pressure to increase the stretch in your inner thighs.
Hold this position for about 30 seconds, breathing deeply and trying to relax your muscles.
Release the stretch by having your partner slowly remove the pressure from your knees and then draw your knees together to return to the starting position.
