Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial StrongMan Arm over Arm

  • Grab the attached rope with both hands, your arms should be fully extended and you should be leaning back slightly, creating tension on the rope.
  • Pull the rope towards you using your arms, back, and core, in an 'over-under' hand motion, where one arm pulls while the other releases and reaches for the next pull.
  • Once you've pulled the rope all the way to you, quickly shuffle backwards until your arms are fully extended again and repeat the pulling motion.
  • Continue this process until you've pulled the sled or object a set distance, remembering to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the exercise.
