Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Standing Leg Slide with Towel
Slowly slide your right foot out to the side as far as you can while keeping your left leg stationary and your body upright.
Hold the position for a few seconds, maintaining a slight bend in your left knee to avoid straining it.
Gradually slide your right foot back to the starting position, keeping your body weight on your left leg.
Repeat the exercise for the desired number of reps, then switch to your left leg and repeat the process.
