Shift your weight to your front foot and pivot on your back foot, turning your hips and torso to the side while lifting your back leg.
Bend your knee and extend your leg in a swift, hooking motion as if trying to hit a target behind you with the heel of your foot.
After extending your leg, quickly retract it back in a controlled motion, reversing the path of the kick.
Return to your original fighting stance, maintaining balance and readiness for the next move.
