Hold the medicine ball with both hands at chest level, elbows bent and close to your body.
Engage your core and maintain a straight posture, look straight ahead.
Push the ball forward from your chest in a quick, forceful motion, extending your arms fully. Make sure the motion is powered by your chest and arms, not your shoulders.
Catch the ball on the rebound if possible, and bring it back to your chest to repeat the exercise. Switch to the other knee after a set of repetitions.
