Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Jack Burpee with Push-Up

  • Perform a push-up by bending your elbows and lowering your body towards the ground, then pushing back up to the starting position.
  • After the push-up, quickly bring your feet back under you in a squat position.
  • Jump up from the squat, extending your arms and legs out to the side in a "jumping jack" motion.
  • Land back on your feet with your knees slightly bent, then immediately move into the next repetition by placing your hands on the ground and kicking your legs back into a push-up position.
