Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Elbow Extensor Anconeus Stretch

  • Extend your right arm out in front of you, keeping your palm facing upwards.
  • With your left hand, gently push down on the fingers of your right hand, bending them towards the floor until you feel a stretch in your forearm and elbow.
  • Hold this position for about 20 to 30 seconds, making sure to breathe deeply and evenly throughout the stretch.
  • Release and repeat the same process with your other arm.
