Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Elbow Extensor Anconeus Stretch
Extend your right arm out in front of you, keeping your palm facing upwards.
With your left hand, gently push down on the fingers of your right hand, bending them towards the floor until you feel a stretch in your forearm and elbow.
Hold this position for about 20 to 30 seconds, making sure to breathe deeply and evenly throughout the stretch.
Release and repeat the same process with your other arm.
