  • Bend your right knee and bring it towards your chest, holding the back of your thigh with both hands to assist the movement.
  • Gently pull your knee closer to your chest until you feel a stretch in your hip and lower back, ensuring to keep your other leg flat on the floor.
  • Hold this position for around 20 to 30 seconds, breathing deeply and trying to relax your muscles to deepen the stretch.
  • Release your leg slowly and return to the starting position, then repeat the same process with your left leg.
