Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Lying Hip Stretch In Supine Position
Bend your right knee and bring it towards your chest, holding the back of your thigh with both hands to assist the movement.
Gently pull your knee closer to your chest until you feel a stretch in your hip and lower back, ensuring to keep your other leg flat on the floor.
Hold this position for around 20 to 30 seconds, breathing deeply and trying to relax your muscles to deepen the stretch.
Release your leg slowly and return to the starting position, then repeat the same process with your left leg.
