Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Mermaid

  • Extend your arm that's on the same side as your bent knees to the floor and raise your other arm straight up towards the ceiling.
  • As you inhale, gently stretch your raised arm over your head, bending your torso towards the side of your extended arm and creating a curve in your body, similar to a mermaid's tail.
  • Hold this position for a few moments, feeling the stretch along the side of your body.
  • Slowly exhale and return to your starting position, then repeat the exercise on the other side.
