Bend your knees slightly and lean forward from your waist, keeping your back straight, until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor.
Hold your upper arms close to your sides and bend your elbows to a 90-degree angle to start the exercise.
Without moving your upper arms, straighten your elbows and push the rope back as far as possible.
Slowly return to the starting position, bending your elbows to a 90-degree angle again, and repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
