Assisted Chin Tuck
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Chin Tuck
Place one or two fingers on your chin, not pushing but simply resting there as a guide.
Slowly and gently draw your chin straight back like you're trying to make a double chin, keeping your eyes and nose facing forward.
Hold this position for about 5 seconds, feeling a stretch in the back of your neck.
Slowly release your chin back to its normal position and repeat this exercise 10 times.
