Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Animal Resting Yoga Pose

  • Slowly lean forward, extending your arms in front of you and lowering your torso between your thighs.
  • Rest your forehead gently on the floor, keeping your arms extended or you can also bring them back alongside your body.
  • Breathe deeply and relax in this position for about 5 to 10 minutes, allowing your body to fully rest and rejuvenate.
  • To exit the pose, slowly lift your forehead off the floor, walk your hands back towards your knees, and return to the kneeling position.
