Animal Resting Yoga Pose
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Animal Resting Yoga Pose
Slowly lean forward, extending your arms in front of you and lowering your torso between your thighs.
Rest your forehead gently on the floor, keeping your arms extended or you can also bring them back alongside your body.
Breathe deeply and relax in this position for about 5 to 10 minutes, allowing your body to fully rest and rejuvenate.
To exit the pose, slowly lift your forehead off the floor, walk your hands back towards your knees, and return to the kneeling position.
