Jump up, simultaneously spreading your legs wider than your shoulders and swinging your arms up and out to the sides, then above your head.
As you land, jump back into the starting position, bringing your feet back together and your arms back down to your sides.
Immediately jump again, this time stepping your right foot forward and your left foot back, while swinging your arms in the opposite direction - left arm forward and right arm back.
Jump back to the starting position and repeat the exercise, alternating the forward and backward foot each time.
