Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Split Jacks

  • Jump up, simultaneously spreading your legs wider than your shoulders and swinging your arms up and out to the sides, then above your head.
  • As you land, jump back into the starting position, bringing your feet back together and your arms back down to your sides.
  • Immediately jump again, this time stepping your right foot forward and your left foot back, while swinging your arms in the opposite direction - left arm forward and right arm back.
  • Jump back to the starting position and repeat the exercise, alternating the forward and backward foot each time.
