Place your hands on the floor on either side of your body for support, and ensure that your chin is tucked and your neck is in a neutral position.
Engage your core and glutes, then lift your hips off the floor as high as possible, while keeping your feet and upper body firmly on the ground.
Hold the position at the top for a moment, ensuring that the lift is driven by your glutes and not your lower back.
Slowly lower your hips back down to the starting position and repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
