Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial StrongMan Tire Flip

  • Bend at the hips and knees to lower your body and grip the tire, keeping your back straight and chest up.
  • Push through your heels to lift the tire, using the power of your legs and hips while pulling up and back with your arms.
  • Once the tire is lifted to knee height, change your hand position from a pulling to pushing motion and continue to drive the tire up and forward.
