StrongMan Tire Flip
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial StrongMan Tire Flip
Bend at the hips and knees to lower your body and grip the tire, keeping your back straight and chest up.
Push through your heels to lift the tire, using the power of your legs and hips while pulling up and back with your arms.
Once the tire is lifted to knee height, change your hand position from a pulling to pushing motion and continue to drive the tire up and forward.
When the tire is nearly vertical, give a final push to flip it over, stepping forward if necessary to follow through with the movement.
