Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Medicine Ball Single Leg Deadlift
Shift your weight onto one leg, keeping a slight bend in the knee for balance.
Slowly bend at the waist, extending your free leg behind you in line with your body, and lower the medicine ball towards the ground.
Maintain your balance and keep your back straight throughout the movement, your body should form a T shape at the bottom of the movement.
Slowly return to the starting position, keeping your movements controlled, and repeat the exercise on the other leg.
